AI Executive Academy

This immersive, two-week program on campus dives deep into both the technical and business aspects of artificial intelligence, providing a comprehensive understanding of AI's impact across industries. The program bridges the gap between AI technology and business leadership through practical, hands-on learning experiences, ensuring participants can apply AI strategies effectively in their organizations.

Frontiers of Generative AI in Business

Led by faculty and thought leaders across MIT who are working and teaching at the forefront of AI, this two-day, in-person course is designed to help you gain a true understanding of what GenAI is, how it works, and what it means for your existing and emergent products, services, and tasks. The course will also help you understand the generative artificial intelligence timeline—how we got here, the most recent innovations (and how they work), and what we should expect next.

Generative AI Business Sprint

Inspired by Agile product development sprints, this self-directed course is an opportunity to explore and better understand the transformational power of generative AI. The course will provide answers to critical questions including: What is Gen-AI and why is it relevant to my business? How does Gen-AI work? When should our business apply Gen-AI? Where is Gen-AI heading?

Leading the AI-Driven Organization

This new course lays out a clear path for navigating the transformative landscape of AI. You will acquire a comprehensive understanding of the AI continuum, which spans from basic AI concepts to advanced technologies. A key objective of the course is to help you assess the profound impact of AI-related technologies on the future of work within your teams, organizations, and industries. Throughout the week, you will also work independently and in small groups to create a personalized AI playbook.

Negotiation Essentials Sprint: AI-Accelerated Learning

In this self-paced sprint, you will learn fundamental negotiation concepts and strategies and practice them with a sophisticated AI chatbot. Learn approaches you can implement immediately to improve your performance in a variety of settings and test them with your AI counterpart. If you have ever wanted to go back in time and change your words or approach in a negotiation, now is your chance! From creating and claiming value to building subjective value, you will acquire a broad and deep understanding of negotiation theory, research, and skills.

Negotiation Strategy Sprint: AI-Accelerated Learning

A continuation of the Negotiation Essentials Sprint, this course is a deeper dive into more complex negotiations using a framework to prepare for, evaluate, and implement negotiations while exploring advanced topics such as psychological biases, structural complexity, and difficult tactics. You will also receive immediate feedback that will help you improve upon previous negotiations with your sophisticated AI counterpart. Go back in time, change your strategy, and replay the negotiation. Review, reflect, and try again!

Innovating in Existing Markets: Reviving Mature Products and Services

This course is designed to help you innovate around your existing products to make them more compelling, useful, and valuable. Through lectures, case studies, hands-on activities, simulations, and AI-enabled frameworks, you’ll learn a set of repeatable techniques for creating complementary services and experiences around core product offerings.
