Throughout his career he has had the opportunity of collaborating with management teams and clients in the U.S., Canada, Latin America and Europe within the Information Technology & Enterprise Software industries in various senior sales management, consulting and general management roles with full P&L responsibilities. In these roles, he has consistently demonstrated a proven ability of developing, implementing and executing strategic business plans across multiple lines of business, as well as, leading cross functional teams. Haggott is regarded as a thought leader of Big Data, Data Governance, Enterprise Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Advanced Data Visualization and Predictive Analytics Software Platforms. Additionally, he has subject matter expertise in Decision Management, Credit Scoring, Collections & Recovery, Fraud Management, and Identity Authentication Solutions. He has been a keynote speaker at numerous Gartner, IDC, Teradata & IBM sponsored Business Intelligence & Analytics Summits in Latin America and Europe, where he frequently shares his vast experience and in-depth knowledge of how the Banking, Telecommunications and Retail industry verticals can improve business outcomes and gain competitive advantage through the use of information management and analytical solutions. Also, he has presented at conferences sponsored by the Telecommunication Risk Management Association (TRMA) & Credit Scoring and Risk Strategy Association (CSRSA) in Canada. Prior to joining Equifax, Haggott was the executive at IBM Software Group responsible for successfully launching and leading IBM’s Business Analytics & Optimization business strategy in Latin America and deploying a team of highly skilled Industry Consultants and Solution Architects that leveraged a proven consultative approach to help Financial Services Sector clients and Communications Service Providers (CSPs) transform increasing volumes of data into a trusted information and actionable new intelligence. Haggott has also held field service engineering and sales management positions at SAS Institute, Teradata, Brocade Communications, EMC Corporation, Pitney Bowes & General Electric. Additionally, he served in the U.S. Navy where he qualified as a Surface Warfare Officer (SWO), deployed to the Persian Gulf in support of Operation Desert Storm and attained the rank of Lieutenant Junior Grade (LTJG). During his distinguished military service, Haggott was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, Southwest Asia Service Medal with Bronze Star, Navy Sea Service Deployment Ribbon and Navy Marksmanship Ribbon. Haggott speaks fluent Spanish and Portuguese and holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. Additionally, he has earned an Executive Certificate in Management & Leadership, as well as, an Advanced Certificate for Executives in Management, Innovation & Technology (ACE) from the MIT Sloan School of Management in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Presently, he resides in Lima, Peru, with his wife and daughter.
