Unlike an MBA, you are able to design the ACE-MIT yourself through selecting the courses that best fit your needs and schedule within the program requirements; it doesn't consist of a prescribed set of courses unless you opt to enroll in one of courses that confer the ACE-MIT upon completion.
Through a flexible, self-directed structure, executives curate a learning pathway that aligns with their role, challenges, and ambitions while meeting rigorous program requirements. Whether taken over several years or through an accelerated sequence of courses, the ACE-MIT offers depth, relevance, and sustained engagement with MIT Sloan faculty, peers, and ideas. The result is a recognized credential that reflects not just participation, but a meaningful investment in leadership growth and long-term professional impact.
Throughout this process, you'll deepen your executive skillset, get up to speed on timely business topics, or tailor your certificate to address specific challenges you face. Many other executives have built their knowledge this way, and you can join them.
While you have up to four years to meet the requirements, you can earn your ACE-MIT in less time if you take advantage of back-to-back courses or enroll in the Advanced Management Program or Executive Program in General Management.
