Bio

Yoshimasa Masuda is the Manager of enterprise architecture in Takeda Pharmaceutical company and project leader with expertise in the design and management of IT systems against enterprise architecture and global infrastructure, information security. He moved from IBM Japan to Takeda Pharmaceutical company on October in 2013. In his IBM’s era, he was responsible for leading strategic projects and manages IT internal control's effectiveness with emphasis on following opportunities (M&A, globalization, MoT, etc.) and enterprise architecture created by the company or driven by enterprise and supply chains.   Yoshimasa was selected as a member of IBM Corporate Service Corps where he strategically enhanced entrepreneurship and innovation in Tureky during 2011. He applied the knowledge and methodology gained from MIT Sloan Executive Education to this project.
