Bio

I am a dentist turned dentist/ manager in North Carolina. Our mission is to create a high-performance dental group practice in the Charlotte area. I have never had any business experience until MIT Sloan Executive Education. The certificate in Management and Leadership boosted my self-efficacy in ways that it would be difficult to quantify. I have implemented A3 improvement initiatives, The Four Disciplines of Execution and now we are working on Ancona's 4 Caps and X-Team creation. The outcome has been amazing. I have two offices and am getting close to acquiring a third. Our goal is to provide a world-class experience for our patients and team. I am from Atlanta and am married to a beautiful lady. We have 7 kids and 1 grandchild between us. I also make music with some of the world's best musicians and make Pop albums. I have a French Bulldog named Tessa. My life is incredible actually.
