My goal is to create intuitive, connected medical product solutions that improve outcomes and lives. Track record of successful design and product launches in medical, healthcare and consumer spaces. In time I would like to transition to venture capital in the medtech, diagnostics, digital health and therapeutics area. Currently CTO with NightBalance, a leading medical device company in positional obstructive sleep apnea (POSA) acquired by Philips May 2018. In the role of CTO, I lead the R&D team, strategic direction of product development and Production and Supply Chain operations. Experience ranging from large corporate, startup and mid-size companies in multiple geographies. Multi-national & Multi-cultural experience with numerous examples of successful relocation: - Netherlands (2017 - present) - Switzerland (2012 - 2017) - Belgium (1998-99, 2008-2011) - Poland (2001- 2008, 2011-2012) - Ireland (1996-98, 1999-2000) Outside work, I am a classic VW Beetle owner, cook and keen sports person, participating regularly in long distance and endurance sports events.
