Gianluca Rabuazzo is a Global leader in a Business Risk team which provides assurance over Corporate Finance, Global Financial and Regulatory reporting. He is the Assistant Vice President for the Corporate Functions Business Risk Management at State Street. “In all the positions covered in the last years I need to focus on the company’s overall corporate aspects. Prior to his tenure at State Street, Gianluca was the Senior Corporate Program Manager at ANIMA Asset Management Ltd, the largest independent asset manager in Italy, with €73,7 billion of Assets under Management, 1 million customers in a very rich and underpenetrated market. He also worked as Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) supervisor at Intesa SanPaolo Bank, where he was responsible for the implementation of all the bank business procedures, as well as oversight of all relevant internal controls. This entire core banking experience allowed him to acquire a deep functional knowledge on the core banking products, its related processes and platforms (customer, loans and mortgages, current and saving accounts, cards, payments). Gianluca is also a member of the advisory Board of Nano-Tech a young and dynamic company specializing in nanotechnology applications, precision technical and physical solutions for companies who want to go beyond the limits of today’s technologies, improve their products and develop new material solutions. An avid believer in life-long learning, Gianluca is a loyal student at MIT Sloan School of Management and achieved the following graduate executive management certificates: - Management and Leadership - Strategy and Innovation - Technology, Operations, and Value Chain Management In April 2017, having completed the necessary courses of study Gianluca has been awarded the Advanced Certificate for Executives in Management, Innovation and Technology.
