Bio

Dyan L. Ruffen-Madrey, SHRM-SCP With over 20 years’ experience in the Organizational Development field, Dyan applies expert knowledge, industry experience, and relentless energy to solving management issues. A graduate of Lesley University with MS in Training and Development, Dyan joined MIT in 2011. In her role as Talent Development Consultant, she is responsible for accessing development needs and creating opportunities for learning that aligns with the MIT talent objectives of the cohort programs, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and strategic mission of her assigned client areas and the community. Before joining MIT, Dyan applied her talents at Tufts Medical Center, State Street Corp., and Sun Life of Canada. Dedicated to continuous self-development, she holds the following certificate awards: Certificate in Project Planning from Boston University, certified coach through the Center for Management and Organization Effectiveness and Executive Coaching. She is also certified in MBTI through CPP and has earned a MIT Sloan Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership. In addition to her role at MIT, Dyan is the Vice President of the Quincy Choral Society and the Past President for the Central Mass ATD chapter.
