Many programs focus on the theoretical side of AI, or isolated stages of adoption. This one teaches you how to deploy it, scale it, and measure it — bringing the research and expertise of MIT Sloan, MIT CSAIL, and MIT Schwarzman College of Computing into one learning journey, from strategy to enterprise-wide adoption to governing agentic AI at scale.

At the core of the program is the human–AI relationship: knowing where to use AI, where not to, and where your judgement must lead. You’ll build a valuation toolkit and capability matrix to identify high-yield use cases and prove impact — no coding required.
By week 17, you’ll have the business logic, frameworks, and the institutional language to lead AI transformation where it matters most — in the boardroom, across your teams, and throughout your organization.
