This one teaches you how to deploy it, scale it, and measure it — bringing the research and expertise of MIT Sloan, MIT CSAIL, and MIT Schwarzman College of Computing into one learning journey, from strategy to enterprise-wide adoption to governing agentic AI at scale.

At the core of the program is the human–AI relationship: knowing where to use AI, where not to, and where your judgement must lead. You’ll build a valuation toolkit and capability matrix to identify high-yield use cases and prove impact — no coding required.

By week 17, you’ll have the business logic, frameworks, and the institutional language to lead AI transformation where it matters most — in the boardroom, across your teams, and throughout your organization.

In this course you will learn

Over 17 weeks, you’ll learn to stop experimenting in isolated silos and to start architecting a cohesive plan for AI adoption. You’ll build a valuation toolkit and capability matrix that empower you to make sense of the data behind each AI investment, isolate the use cases with the highest yield, and justify the budget. By the end of this program, you’ll have a fully integrated strategy — including four board-ready deliverables, mapped to your business data — that’s ready for immediate action, not another framework that stalls in a slide deck. 

The human–AI partnership sits at the center of everything you’ll learn. You’ll walk away understanding how individual AI tools and agents integrate into a single operating system, and how your judgment remains at the forefront no matter how autonomous your systems become. From there, you’ll know how to recalibrate that relationship as it evolves, embedding AI into the fabric of your organization so it becomes a lasting competitive advantage. 

This is a 17-week, 100% online program that requires approximately 6-8 hours of study time per week. You’ll move through learning material and submit deliverables each week on your own schedule, while learning alongside a global network of peers facing the same AI transformation challenges. It’s designed to complement a full-time leadership role, not compete with it.
