Her approach is based on the integration of systems, processes and PEOPLE. Prior to being a consultant Sidita spent 10+ years in the corporate world as a continuous improvement & project management professional awarded for going above & beyond at Fortune 500 companies such as FedEx, Amazon, Unicredit Bank, PBP Paribas etc. in Italy, USA, Netherlands, Luxembourg and Albania. Sidita holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership (U.S.), Masters in Organizational Leadership (U.S.), a Bachelor degree in Business Administration (Finance & Economics) (Italy). She persistently invests in continuous education and has earned an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT Sloan, is a Certified PMP, Scrum Master, a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt from American Society for Quality and pursued many other courses in Lean, Supply Chain Analytics etc. Sidita is an active contributor to American Society for Quality (ASQ) where she held multiple leadership roles as an Education, Program and Conference Chair for (ASQ) - Boston Section as well as currently a Education Vice Chair for ASQ Human Development & Leadership division. Sidita has presented in academic and professional conferences, published academic journals. Sidita considers MIT Sloan Executive Certificate Programs as the best fit to fulfill her urge for mix of up to date theories and practices to help her leadership and management skills be flexible and innovative in this ever changing world.
