I am a Senior Associate Director at MIT Sloan School of Management, leading coaching, and career development programs for over 25K alumni. With my certification as a CTI (PCC) and Gallup Clifton Strengths Coach, I partner with mid-career professionals across all industries and functions to help them build awareness, act, make changes, and create lasting impact.


My focus is on guiding executives to make intentional choices that advance their careers in a positive direction. I offer structured 1:1 coaching, helping clients uncover their values, and vision, and position themselves for success. My specialties include career management, transitions, competencies assessment, search strategy development, marketing collateral development, interview preparation, negotiation advice, and preparation for post-landing success.


My purpose is to help individuals connect with what matters most to them and to each other. As the leader of the Sloan Industry Advisors Program and the facilitator of student-alumni and alumni-alumni mentoring relationships, I guide clients in making authentic career connections that transform their lives.
