Bio

🇨🇦 I’m a Canada-based researcher (originally from the United States) exploring how AI is reshaping the workplace—especially in HR. Among the questions I ask: How do we use AI at work without losing the human touch?

I work with international collaborators and contribute to OBVIA and IVADO, two leading Canadian research networks focused on AI development and its societal impact. My work has been featured in academic journals, media outlets, and global conferences.

I’m all about “keeping the humanity in the loop”—bridging research and practice to shape ethical, people-centered AI.
