Currently, as a team member of the Restart Project, which is the most important project in the history of the company, he needs to be on top of the all commercial process that occurs inside of the company and all of them that has an impact in the relationship with the customers. He is seeking to design and implement a new system, looking to be more efficient, reliable and global, that will help the entire organization to face the future challenges in the industry. Previously, as a Sales Director for the East Coast, Paulino lived in New York and led business development for LATAM Cargo, with yearly sales for more than USD 100 million. During this time, he drove the open of new markets, new routes and new customers, repositioning LATAM Cargo as a reliable and competitive player in the region. Earlier, he was in charge to secure and execute the promises made to the customers. He began his career in Chile, working for a shipping company with business between Asia and Latin America. Paulino holds an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from MIT Sloan School of Management and a MBA from Universidad Adolfo Ibanez. He is a sportsman person, who enjoys playing tennis, running and being a part of a soccer team.
