Global Executive Academy

This global executive program is a transformative learning experience designed to fit the time constraints of experienced executives from a wide variety of industries and countries. Topics covered include general management, leadership, strategy, innovation, negotiation, analytics management, finance, and productivity.

Global Executive Academy is an eight-day management and leadership program for experienced executives across the globe. The course is taught in English. As a participant in this course, you will leave with a big-picture understanding of how to maximize personal productivity in project management, work communications, and relationships. You will gain familiarization with MIT’s 4 Capabilities Leadership Model and receive a template for charting your own organization’s strengths and opportunities for improvement.

The course will also help you develop a clearer vision of your personal brand, your company’s value proposition, and strategies to strengthen your competitive position. You will explore innovative thinking and gain insights into leading organization-wide innovation and improvement. In addition, you will acquire financial tools and acumen essential for executive-level decision-making.

Your experience will be enriched by an expanded international network of talented, worldly executives from a range of industries and countries, along with the diverse perspectives they bring. Finally, you will return home equipped with new insights, skills, and frameworks that can be immediately applied to your business.
