In this webinar, Bayer’s Corporate R&D team shared key design factors for a transformational data science and intrapreneurship program, co-created with MIT Sloan Executive Education.
They discussed the ingredients of their program's "secret" sauce, which over a three year period accelerated more than twenty projects across the entire R&D value chain, secured millions of Euros in funding of these projects beyond their program, and trained about a hundred participants from across R&D, who, in turn, amplified the learning by sharing with thousands of colleagues via various multiplication activities.
