Demographic diversity is a fundamental feature of organizational life. Diversity can be defined with respect to a number of demographic characteristics and features, including age, gender, and race. While each characteristic represents a distinct set of opportunities and challenges, there is some value is considering what they have in common. There is value in focusing on demographic diversity defined broadly.
In this webinar, Professor Ray Reagans focuses on the general effect diversity can have on three important aspects of organizational life:
- interpersonal relationships inside the organization
