I’m an international operations executive who leads step-change transformations in performance, culture, and sustainability across asset-heavy, energy-intensive businesses.

Over the last decade, I’ve worked in complex operating environments with thousands of employees, multi-billion-dollar assets, and demanding stakeholders — turning underperforming operations into top-quartile performers on throughput, unit cost, safety, and ESG outcomes.

My leadership style is analytical, modern, and people-centric. I focus on:

  • Value-driver clarity: aligning strategy, operating model, and incentives around a few critical metrics that move the P&L.
  • Data, digital & Industrial AI: surfacing bottlenecks, eliminating “hidden factories,” and embedding better decisions into daily routines.
  • Culture at every level: building trust, accountability, and simple operating disciplines so improvements stick.

I’ve operated in joint ventures with state and private ownership as well as listed companies, at the intersection of boards, investors, regulators, communities, unions, and frontline teams. Executive education at MIT Sloan (EPGM), McKinsey’s CEO Excellence Program, and the Institute of Directors (IoD) has further strengthened my approach to strategy, negotiation dynamics, and leading in complex systems.
