Rishab Sharma is the vice president of engineering at E.N. Project & Engg. Ind. (P) Ltd., a giant in the equipment manufacturing domain—designing and manufacturing a wide assortment of equipment which caters to the needs of a diverse array of industries such as the dairy industry, chocolate industry, food processing industry, soft drink industry, confectionery industry, and even breweries.

 

Rishab’s prime responsibilities are to direct and manage multiple concurrent engineering projects, design and lead the company’s engineering strategy, cover engineering maintenance on site, and to oversee capital projects, compliance with regulatory standards, and staff recruitment and training. Rishab also influences and advises the organization for development of new ideas and approaches to organizational strategy and works with clients and third parties to foster open innovation.

 

Rishab joined E.N. Project & Engg. Ind. (P) Ltd, as an engineer and climbed the stairs to success to become the  vice president of engineering. He also served as the technology leader and founding member of the E.N.P R&D facility which focuses on the advance material properties of stainless steel and quality enhancing techniques for stainless steel fabrication.

 

Rishab has a masters degree in mechanical engineering from Auckland University of Technology. Apart from this, he also has several certifications such as six sigma master black belt, project management, total quality management, and lean management.
