I am the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Ipak Yuli Bank, one of the leading financial institutions in Uzbekistan. I oversee the Bank’s IT Department, Project Management Office, Operations Center, and Processing Center, and have also previously supervised the bank’s Retail Business. I lead key initiatives in digital transformation and the implementation of modern technology solutions.

With more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector, I have previously headed the bank’s foreign exchange operations, international settlements, and corporate client services. I hold bachelor’s and master’s degrees in International Business from the Tashkent State University of Economics (full-time studies). I have also completed certified project management training, including PMP exam preparation, through the Project Management Association of Kazakhstan.

I have chosen to pursue the AI Executive Academy at the MIT Sloan School of Management (September 2025) to deepen my knowledge of artificial intelligence, strengthen my leadership capabilities, and prepare for the rapid pace of technological change. I am convinced that the future of the banking sector is closely tied to AI and digital ecosystems. To remain competitive and lead effectively, we must invest intentionally in strategic thinking and professional growth.
