Camilo Carrascal is a senior consultant with an outstanding track record in digital transformation and technology innovation management, boasting a rich academic and professional background that spans over two decades. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Technology Innovation Management at Universidad de los Andes, his educational credentials are broad and deep, augmented by a diverse set of certifications and master's degrees from prestigious institutions such as Georgetown University and the MIT Sloan School of Management. His practical experience includes key roles within Colombia's Ministry of Information Technology and Communications, where he led national projects that made significant strides in improving the accessibility and quality of telecommunications in rural and underserved areas, thereby setting a precedent for digital inclusion and technological infrastructure in the region.
He is currently involved in the design of innovation measurement methodologies at the OECD Observatory of Public Innovation as a PhD candidate intern in Paris (France).

These include the Organization of Ibero-American States, where he held the position of Director of the Innovation and Digital Transformation Center, collaborating on Science, Technology, and Innovation projects across more than twenty countries.
