Alejandro has developed a successful career in different management and executive positions throughout Latin America and English speaking Caribbean. With an exposure to customer experience, marketing, sales, operations and new business development most of his career and a proven record of over achieving results, now he has embarked on transforming Telcel into a digital enterprise. A back ground of consumer products as well as technology has allowed him to understand how to market and integrate a holistic approach towards customers. He graduated as mechanical and electrical engineer and a mayor on industrial engineering from Universidad Panamericana and has pursued two master degrees on business administration with mayors on finance and international negotiations, the first one from Universidad Anahuac and the later from Thunderbird, the school of international management. Currently he serves on the board of Prestigos as well as being a founding partner, a recognized company by Telefonica business accelerator Wayra. Alejandro has participated on several panels and lectures on digital marketing and transformation such as IMS immersion day, Accelerate by Facebook, Twitter for leaders, Headways leaders lectures, Google Chief Evolution Officer, etc.
