I was really impressed with the excellent communication of concepts, cases and material. Emilio is certainly one of the reasons I am applying now for a full MBA program. This course is a must for people that lead at work. You will learn frameworks and theoretical models to help you make key employee decisions. You will see how very successful companies use several techniques and why they and their employees are more successful. I learned to identify why the techniques I was using in my organization failed! and that one for my was a huge takeaway!

He took his time to also help some of the team members brainstorm real world challenges that they were facing. I also enjoyed networking with colleagues from several countries and industries, not to mention, learn from their experience! Lastly, the catering was simply superb - the food, snacks and refreshments was simply top notch. This is what makes MIT great!
