True to MIT’s “Mind and Hand” motto, our approach to individualized development combines an executive coaching session with a leadership assessment tool based on MIT research and frameworks.

Package Highlights

In order to develop deeper self-awareness and a clearer understanding of one's leadership capabilities after being exposed to MIT’s 4-CAPS+ Leadership Framework during Transforming Your Leadership Strategy with Professor Deborah Ancona, participants have the opportunity to take the MIT x360 Leadership Development Survey and debrief the assessment with an Executive Coach. 

The coaching package includes:

• The x360 Leadership Development Survey, which includes observer feedback and a personal assessment of leadership capabilities to help you understand your current impact
• One private 90-minute coaching sessions with world-class MIT Sloan executive coaches

In the private coaching session, participants will understand and process their x360 with their coach (90 minutes) and set leadership development goals

Summer 2023 Timeline

The survey process takes 6-8 weeks to complete and involves nominating people to provide feedback. Once the survey is completed, the report is generated and participants are matched with their Coach to discuss the results.

July 10: Application deadline 
July 17: The x360 survey launches
August 1: Participants receive email to schedule coaching session
August 25: The x360 survey closes
August 30: Participants receive their x360 survey
August 31 – September 15: Coaching sessions occur

We accept enrollments until the offering reaches capacity, at which point we will maintain a waitlist. We advise that you enroll as early as possible to secure your seat.

This coaching pacakge is available only for those who have previously completed Transforming Your Leadership Strategy.
