Roger Thijs founded Euro-Support, Inc. in 1996. He is currently responsible for executive interim management, as well as coaching the change process for client companies. He began his career with managing site operations for companies such as Volvo, Monsanto (now Solutia), Etap Lighting, and Alliance (now Polyvision, a subsidiary of Steelcase).
Some of Roger's past projects include the restructuring of a ground support equipment department for an airport; the revamping of the capital and operations structures of a logistics service company in the steel sector; the start-up of several companies, from a lean supplier of subassemblies to a major car manufacturer; the redesign of material flows for a major producer of fertilizers after they closed two of their plants; and the start-up of several ERP applications.
Roger received an engineering degree from Leuven University and a MBA at the Antwerp Handelshogeschool.
