  • Xavier De A: Dr. Katz was engaging, energetic, great story teller. The content was interesting although not as practical as I would have hoped. He may benefit from having a better organized deck (less jumping around) and allowing participants to speak, especially when he poses a question. Dr. Paap was the best of the instructors, knowledgeable, well paced, clear, engaging. I would have liked the opportunity to take on exercises to apply the concepts being taught to my own workplace, or at least those of other people in my table. Dr. Von Hippel was a disaster... the topic one many of us cannot relate to and the example he used in self-care (diabetes) is one proposing dangerous and irresponsible consumer behavior. The video of kids making up their own game much too long, boring, not illustrative of anything useful. WIth respect for Dr. Von Hippel's many accomplishments, I would suggest replacing this portion of the program entirely with something more powerful and worthy of MIT tuition.

Two days are not enough to do justice with the ocean of knowledge they can share, which motivate me to take more of their courses. Their story telling is amazing very relevant to the challenges faced by todays organization.

  • Benjamin T: I didn't come to the class looking for the cutting edge, that's what my team already provides. I came for concrete, time-tested and actionable use-cases that would help me build innovation into our conservative organization at large, and nearly every example given in the class addressed this. The lecturers were very engaging and integrated concepts well between speakers. There are many concepts from this particular program that I will be able to apply immediately to my organization.

  • Erik M: Examples outdated; little interaction; mr katz asked people questions but did not have the patience to let them finish as he seemed to be too eager to answer his own questions. I felt the second day was not prepared as mr katz spent two hours recapping day 1.
