  • Thomas N: This program is a unique opportunity to review some of the fundamental areas of leadership, strategy, environmental analysis and people management. I have enjoyed dynamic modular content of the program which allows for both small group in-depth discussions as well as bigger group networking interaction. I highly recommend this program to senior leaders who want to re-connect with academia in a multicultural environment.

  • Susan L: Truely Inspirational!!! As a Sr. executive with 25 years of experiance, two bachlor's degres's one in engineering and one in business and having worked on my MBA 10 years ago, I really did not know what more I would learn from a 5 week course at MIT. The experiance of ACSE was tansformational for me. I entered the course as a catipiller and emerged a butterfly! I learned so much and really appreciated MIT's combination of theory, backed by scientific evidence and then the opprotunity to apply this in action learning setting. There was termendous value in being able to collaberate with people from all over world which in my experaince fostered innovative thinking and an opprotunity to learn on another level. I recieved value from every course I took and the overall experiance of being able to reflect for probabley the first time in my career.

Mind and Hand at MIT’s AMP

The “ethos” of MIT is reflected in the school’s “Mind and Hand” motto (in Latin, Mens et Manus), which refers to a culture that emphasizes applied knowledge and learning by doing.

Past participant Galo Sanchez says he, "learned a number of different strategies and frameworks that I did apply immediately. To be honest it has been less than six months and we are already seeing the results in the organization.”

The Role of Coaching in AMP

AMP participants benefit from 1-to-1 leadership coaching and individualized feedback assessments—aspects of the program that make AMP extremely valuable to its participants and sets it apart from other programs of its kind.

Participant Testimonial
