Mature leaders invoke confidence. Chilton provides President-elect Donald Trump as an example of a leader lacking a maturity he’ll need to unite people under him. Many smart leaders have what Chilton describes as four “capabilities,” but they cannot stand alone without the corresponding four elements of emotional maturity, he says.
