The need for IoT education is real

In a recent TechTarget article, George Westerman, Principal Research Scientist at MIT Initiative on the Digital Economy, shared his thoughts on the huge need for IoT education, both to understand the general direction of the technology as well as the specifics. He references the courses offered at MIT Sloan, which appeal to a wide audience, but especially management. Westerman teaches in the new program, Internet of Things: Business Implications and Opportunities (self-paced online).
