MIT Sloan Executive Certificate in Technology, Operations, and Value Chain Management
In this track, non-technical executives and tech-savvy managers alike have an opportunity to learn how to recognize, manage, and profit from complex data, evolving technology, and global connectedness. Choose from a variety of courses designed to help model and solve problems facing large-scale projects, implement new technologies, and lead innovation. You'll engage with some of the world's leading thinkers in technology and operations, senior faculty from the MIT Sloan School of Management, MIT School of Engineering, and various MIT research centers.
New programs in this track: Implementing Industry 4.0: Leading Change in Manufacturing and Operations which is designed to help manufacturing executives and frontline leaders implement technological change at their companies while developing a company culture that puts people first. The Good Jobs Strategy: Delivering Superior Value to Customers, Shareholders, and Employees is designed to help executives of service businesses create and implement an operations strategy that delights customers and keeps them loyal; inspires employees to find dignity in their work and opportunities for improvement; and drives high performance and revenue.
To earn an MIT Sloan Executive Certificate in Technology, Operations, and Value Chain Management, participants must choose three courses, plus a fourth course from any of the three tracks. Learn more.
