  • Clas W: Prof Ancona delivers a very good course, with focus on both personal leadership and group dynamics. The two main models are applicable from day 1 back at work. Even though you'll benefit from doing some more deep dive into her theories, there are more than enough to apply at once.

  • James T: By day two I was able to better diagnose why certain failures had occurred and now have the mental model and a basket of tools learned to better prepare assess and execute individually, within a team, and toward support staff. Frankly, I learned a lot more about my own strengths and weaknesses in a very short period of time, but more importantly how to manage and leverage them to advantage to myself and my company.
