  • Kai E: I was pleased with the opportunity to try meditation. I also liked the possibility to test Yoga in the morning, this is maybe not for everyone to test. Good to see that takeaway and food was tailored to the importanse food and beverage.

  • Janet C: This program helped me understand the linkage of neoscience to human behavior, which gave me a different perspective to better understand myself and others. I found neoscience a fascinated topic and wish that we can spend more time (e.g. extend another day) to further explore ways of application. I also appreciate very much the efforts to raise awareness of ways to improve brain wellness (e.g., healthy menu in class, meditation, yoga, etc.)

  • John S: This hard hitting, intelligently presented course is an excellent addition to the programs at MIT. A superb balance of critical information about how to care for and feed our brains and a look at the hard science and data on developing the best in our teams. The Science of Yoga and Meditation were a key aspect of the class. With the Data indicating the Marines perform better on the battle field after meditation, clearly we should heed the science and add (at long last) the meditation and Yoga to our programs of Excellence.

  • Marcos F: An excellent opportunity to learn how neuroscience can contribute to the creation of a leadership better prepared for today's corporate world. The course enabled, through group exercises, better absorption of the theory. The only thing I would recommend is that the course may include case studies in program, which would make the theory more tangible.

  • Leonardo F: One of the best leadership courses I've ever had! Blending the most recent developments of neuroscience with psychological and leadership insights, I'm sure it is going to transform the way I lead teams and I make decisions. Although it is concentrated in a two-day time frame, it touches all the relevant topics: from the kin relation between mind and body to practical tips on how to build a compelling story to drive initiative within your group. The dialectic between scientist and psychologist never makes the matter boring and the level of attention is always set at the top. Only negative: material provided is not adequate to what was presented. I'm sure this is going to improve in the next classes.
