Executive Program in General Management


The Executive Program in General Management (EPGM) is a 10-month, multi-modular, general management program for emerging international leaders that focuses on Management and Leadership; Strategy and Innovation; and Technology, Operations and Value Chain Management. The program focuses on developing key leadership skills such as making technology-enhanced strategic decisions, building collaborative organizations, managing key talent across global markets and integrating an innovation mindset into corporate culture. At the end of the program, executives will be well prepared and positioned to accelerate the pace of innovation and growth at their organizations—large or small.

Executive Program in General Management
Certificate Track: Management and Leadership
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Cambridge, Massachusetts
Tuition: $33,000 (excluding accommodations)
Program Days (for certificate credit): 25

EPGM includes immersion modules at MIT Sloan and in Malaysia, online modules, as well as select open enrollment courses at MIT Sloan. Sessions in the program take place as follows:

Three Core Modules
Participants must attend all three modules:
Term 1: December 14-17, 2015 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Term 2: April 3-8, 2016 in Cambridge, MA
Term 3: October 9-14, 2016 in Cambridge, MA

Online learning and group-guided project work.

Elective Modules
Four to five days of elective courses. The list will be posted shortly.
