  • Steven C: I completed the Technology, Operations, and Value Chain Mgt certificate and the Transforming Your Business Through IT was the best of courses in the track. The presenters provides an integrated and cohesive course that covered core values of managing IT to leverage competitive advantage. I would recommend it to anyone whether or not they were in IT, as utilizing technology is one of the core competencies of business in the US today.

  • Joseph V: Until I took this program I had always let the IT side of the business pretty much do its own thing as long as I received the information that I needed; P&l's, inventories A/R etc. During this program I saw how much more we could take advantage of the IT process and data to use in our business planning and business processes. We'd always been too busy trying to manage the day to day of a rapid growth company to delve into what what the IT staff were doing and how we could use the info available. The discussions and sharing of experiences that Jeanne Ross and CISR staff stimulated were in many ways eye-openers. This program gave me a number of ideas and a roadmap to fully integrate our IT resources into the day to day business. Highly recommend to management at any level.

  • Agostino F: Best program ever - condensed, practical, systematic and to the point delivered by thought leaders. Complements very well with their research work, publications and books and own website. All the tools are concise and clearly organized in an overarching structure. The class with most senior attendees (C-level execs and EVP) in the SI exec certificate stream, great for networking. Highly recommended.

  • Al T: The tools and techniques provided for increasing the value of IT are very practical and the advice for and addressing the thorny problem of improving the business/IT working relationship is direct and specific. The way the instructors used the IT Value Framework to present the material allowed them to present a vast amount of detail in a short period of time while keeping it within a cohesive context. I highly recommend this class.

  • Sanford (Sandy) W: Being a CPA besides CFO, I'm required to attend 40 hours of conferences and seminars a year, for more years than I care to admit. But without a doubt, this was the finest conference I've ever attended. The instructors rank at the top of their fields, yet, are so approchable and kind that it sets the tone for the entire conference -which is so well coordinated. Congratulations to the entire MIT organization for running such a terrific program! Regards, Sanford (Sandy) Weinstein

  • Maria S: I learned so much on this class as to how bridge that immense gap that it exists in our company between our business groups and our technical teams. I started to put some of the learning and ideas from this session to practice and it is helping us come up with initial software enhancements that are actually welcome by our business, that is because now we understand their objectives and they (business) are also familiar with some of our challenges to deliver their dream, but we are working together on achieving the dream, we know continued collaboration will be the key to success.
