  • Peter N: From the program participant to the classroom environment, this program is constantly challeging your thinking. Since attending this program, I now look at problems more broadly, with greater depth, and from many different angles. It has given me the confidence to make complex decisions, deal with uncertainty, and handle ambiguity, it has help me develop a broad corporate perspective to intergrate and coordinate actions across functional and organizational boundaries.

  • Mark D: This was the first course I took as part of the Executive Education and I continue to benefit from what I learned and apply the concepts. I learned about leading and managing change within organizations. I still refer back to the material we covered in the course in the areas of Culture and Change. The information on Informal Networks within an organization and how to understand its influence on change and culture has been helpful to me as a supervisor. I have recommended this course to several collegues, one of them is now enrolled in an Exec Ed certificate program.

  • Rekiya A: This was the most amazing training i ever had. The whole experience was awesome and it set me on track for subsequent programs i had. The learning tools were apt and there were enough materials for everyone. The class had participants from over 40 countries and the networking opportunity was well appreciated. The course coordinators were wonderful and tried their best to make my stay quite comfortable, having come all the way from Nigeria. The syndicate groups were fun and provided opportunity for more friendly interactions. Back home, i have been making conscious effort to apply most of the new knowledge acquired as i continue to find case studies provided very similar to familiar experiences.
