  • Mike O: Of all the programs that I attended at MIT, this one has had the lasting benefit of integrating innovation into our processes and thinking. We are a start-up; identifying and working with who Von Hippel termed ‘lead users’ has led to sustained growth and product innovations we are utilizing five years on. The multi-faculty format of the course kept the energy level and information coming through the two days.
