Luke R.: Thanks Nagesh, appreciate the heads up. Working in financial services, I'll have to draw the parallels from manufacturing to make it relevant. Let's hope they've updated their case studies or ensured the principles we still relevant.

I attended this program June last year. I found it quite useful - esp. the value chain design techniques in Charles Fine session. However, the case studies he talks about are quite dated. It highly oriented towards manufacturing and industrial sector.
The good part is Fine let's people discuss and present conclusions and therefore the sessions are quite interactive.
