Our executive education programs are designed to help managers not only solve problems, but also see opportunities these problems may present, and discover new and innovative sources of revenue in those opportunities!
The Management and Leadership Certificate is an ideal option for technical executives seeking to enhance their general management and leadership skills in order to become effective leaders in a dynamic business world. The curriculum focuses on core business competencies in marketing, finance, organizational processes, change management, and systems thinking.
This year, we are offering several new management training programs created to address some of the most immediate issues many organizations and executives may be facing. For example, a variety of management challenges such as employee productivity, creative output, and understanding customer preferences become more simple once viewed through the lens of “big data.” Big Data: Making Complex Things Simpler introduces participants to big data: what it is, how to get it, and how to use it to an organization’s advantage.
Creating High Velocity Organizations aims to help participants think and behave like innovators when the traditional decisionbased leadership formula doesn’t apply. The program introduces the four fundamental principles by which accelerated performance is achieved: smart work design, creative problem solving, continuous knowledge sharing, and systemic nurturing of discovery skills.
To earn an MIT Sloan Certificate in Executive Management and Leadership, participants must choose three leadership and management training programs from the list below, plus a fourth program from any of the three tracks.
