Management and Leadership

Our executive education programs are designed to help managers not only solve problems, but also see opportunities these problems may present, and discover new and innovative sources of revenue in those opportunities!

This year, we are offering several new management training programs created to address some of the most immediate issues many organizations and executives may be facing. For example, Clean Energy Ventures: Creating Innovative New Businesses Through Entrepreneurial Management aims to help executives in energy-related businesses develop progressive management methods that are not only environmentally sound, but also commercially successful.

New communications technologies are changing the way people work together. A management and certificate program called Intelligent Organizations: Collaboration and the Future of Work is designed to help managers understand how to create competitive advantage by harnessing new organizational approaches made possible by these rapid technological advances.

To earn an MIT Sloan Certificate in Executive Management and Leadership, participants must choose three leadership and management training programs from the list below, plus a fourth program from any of the three tracks.
