“MIT’s Driving Strategic Innovation program, which is offered jointly with IMD, and the Delta Model, a customer-centric approach to business strategy, resonated well with my business experience. They gave me new and wider perspectives, while challenging core precepts. The programs provided practical tools to arouse the intellect, build solid foundations in current management thinking, and enable better decision making for day-to-day business administration.”
