Ranjith Varma brings years of IT consulting, strategic relationship management, and account management of software project delivery in the areas of: retail, financial services, and global demand-driven supply chain industries to UST Global. He currently manages globally distributed IT project teams that deliver technology solutions and superior value-added services to improve business value to Fortune 500 companies. Under his leadership, the engagement team has won the “Best of UST Account Competition – Best of US” in 2003, 2004, and 2008 for excellence in execution and solution delivery. In 2004, the customer awarded his team with a certificate, “Best of the Best - 2004” and Ranjith also received the “Best Employee of UST” Award.
Prior to joining UST, Ranjith spent several years working with International Business Systems in the field of supply chain management ERP solutions for distribution, demand-driven manufacturing, and business intelligence to various customers across the United States. As the project consultant, he provided technical leadership to the State Bank of Mauritius.
Previously, during his tenure with Pentafour Softwares & Exports Limited, he led the financial portfolio management product development teams. Ranjith started his professional career as a teacher and software professional. He received his Bachelor of Engineering in computer science from Bharathiar University, India. He also completed a certificate program in management in the technology sector from the University of Washington Extension School.
