Chuck began his career in information technology within the computer operations field. He previously worked as a computer operator, application programmer, systems programmer, and has held related supervisory and management positions. As he advanced within IT and made the transition into management roles, he realized a needed to supplement his diverse technical knowledge with management and leadership skills. This became increasingly apparent when his areas of responsibility expanded into supporting global, multi-divisional applications and systems.
